It is always a pleasure to have Marie McCleod and her friends at Marden House, and we start our tenth anniversary season with the Lendvai Trio. We had hoped to expand them to a quintet this year, but logistics proved impossible so that is a treat for another year.
Founded in 2004, the award winning Lendvai String Trio perform regularly at major concert halls in Europe such as the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, Diligentia in The Hague and the Wigmore Hall and Purcell Room in London in 2006.
The trio has a continous collaboration with the Holland Music Sessions New Masters on Tour and has had performances broadcast live on BBC 3 and Dutch Radio 4/Avro.
